Deathbed confessions are some of the most compelling content concerning the UFO mystery.

Is the man in the beginning of this video an actor performing one last time before the big curtain?

I see the sharp eyes of an intelligent mind. Who is he and what does he want? Money for his family? Hardly a lucrative enterprise I would assume. Would Richard Dolan get onboard with this man unless there was some veracity to his story?

A few things: 

Oaths of secrecy made during the Truman/Ike era had a 50 year expiration date. Violating an oath of secrecy was punishable by an automatic 20 year sentence in a military prison. Oaths of the older generation still held true in their stipulations, but those made in recent years do not expire.
